Conditions of Access and Reproduction Policy

Access to the Foundation’s spaces and to its temporary and permanent exhibitions implies full acceptance of the following conditions.

1. Ownership of Content. All content presented within the Foundation, including but not limited to:
   • artworks, objects, and artefacts
   • exhibition design and installations
   • texts, captions, and curatorial materials
   • images, archives, and documentation
   is either the property of the Foundation or made available through loans and permissions, and is protected under applicable laws relating to ownership, copyright, and reproduction rights.
2. Photography and Filming
3. Photography and video recording are permitted strictly for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise indicated or restricted for specific works or areas.
4. The use of flash, professional equipment, tripods, or any recording intended for public dissemination is permitted only with prior written authorization from the Foundation.
5. Prohibition of Commercial UseAny form of:
   • reproduction
   • distribution
   • publication
   • or use for commercial, promotional, editorial, or professional purposes
   of images, content, or elements displayed within the Foundation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of merchandise, printed materials, digital products, NFTs, or content intended for online platforms.
6. Visual and Curatorial Identity
7. The visual, curatorial, narrative, and conceptual identity of the Foundation and its exhibitions is protected. Any reproduction, reinterpretation, or derivative use of these elements is not permitted without explicit authorization.
8. Visitor Responsibility
9. Visitors are fully responsible for any unauthorized use of images or content and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation from any claims arising from improper or unlawful use.
10. Acceptance of Conditions
11. The purchase or reservation of a ticket, as well as access to the Foundation’s premises, constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.
