Fondazione Maddalena Di Giacomo is an independent, non-profit organisation within the Third Sector, entirely self-funded and sustained through the generosity of those who believe in the importance of preserving, researching and sharing art and culture.

Every contribution directly supports the Fondazione’s cultural and research programme: from exhibitions, artist residencies, concerts, workshops and publications to conservation, restoration and the development of archives as living tools for research and shared knowledge.

Support also enables us to continue developing our interdisciplinary research at the intersection of art, sensory heritage and science, with particular attention to mental wellbeing, neurodiversity, grief, memory and the different ways in which we perceive, feel and remember.
