1. Nature Of The Foundation

Fondazione Maddalena Di Giacomo ETS is a non-profit organisation within the Italian Third Sector. Donation Support:

  • cultural programming
  • artistic and scientific research
  • exhibition, residencies, and publications
  • archival and educational initiatives

2. Donations

Donations are:

  • voluntary
  • non-refundable in principle
  • not made in exchange for goods or services

3. Payment Methods

Donations may be made through:

  • online payment platforms
  • bank transfer
  • other methods indicated on the Website
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

4. Tax Receipts

The Foundation will issue donation receipts, which may be valid for tax deduction purposes under Italian and EU law. The donor is responsible for providing accurate information.

5. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • duplicate transactions
  • technical errors

6. Events and Activities

Participation in events may require registration. The Foundation reserves the right to:

  • modify schedules or programmes
  • cancel events due to force majeure

7. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

8. Intellectual Property in Activities

All content related to exhibitions, events, and publications remains protected by intellectual property laws. No reproduction is permitted without prior consent.

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Support and Donate

As a non-profit organisation within the third sector and entirely self-funded, the Fondazione Maddalena Di Giacomo is supported by Nexi through its “Dona” campaign. The funds raised will support the Foundation’s cultural and research programme, including exhibitions, residencies, concerts, publications, artwork conservation and archives as living tools for research and shared knowledge, as well as the work we carry out at the intersection of art and science, with a particular focus on mental health, neurodiversity, and grief.Should you wish to support us with a donation, we would be deeply grateful.
